Qi Gong
This is a little video to show one of the best and simplest qi gong exercises called The Eight (or Twelve) Brocades.
Do not worry to much about perfect form, instead just practice it. Daily, first thing, before breakfast, is best.
The movement, eventually, afters years of practice (or possibly sooner) emerges from the breath. So this exercise is designed to massage the internal organs. Aim to feel the insides of your body moving rather than the outside so much.
Fifteen minutes will do it. This exercise is, per minute spent, the best exercise you can do in the world (IMO).
The system is credited to the 10th Century Chinese general, Yue Fei, to keep his troops combat ready and healthy during long periods of cold and boredom!
